About Me

Jim Pellerin is a real estate investor who has purchased most of his investments with nothing down. He started real estate investing over fifteen years ago. Since then, Jim has bought and sold millions of dollars of real estate. He started out by buying and renting out duplexes and recently has added lease options to his strategy.

As part of his education, Jim has attended numerous seminars on real estate investing, project management, property management, financing, renovations, motivation, time management, and many more. He has also read over 500 books on real estate investing and related topics.

Jim is also an advisor, coach, teacher and writer and founder of Realty Investment Seminars and Education (RISE). He has also completed his first book 7 Steps To Real Estate Riches.
