Thanks for attending one of our recent Lease Option / Rent to Own information sessions. Since you expressed an interest in Rent to Own investments, there a couple of items I wanted to share with you.
1. With the new CMHC rule changes, it means investors now require a 20% down payment. We are finalizing funding that will provide the additional 10% as second mortgages to qualified investors. This actually gives you a higher return. Contact me for more details.
2. If you have not attended one of our sessions, or you want to attend again, the next session is on March 18. Register at www.RiseTalks.com. There are still some seats available.
3. We are currently working on quite a few new Rent to Own deals. We will be sending the details out to anyone who wants more information. To automate the process, we will add you to our “Rent to Own Deals” mailing list.
